Shop Policies

Welcome
1. All items are NEW, unless stated otherwise.

2. All items are sold at a first come, first serve basis.

Payment
1. Payment can be made via local bank transfer (Maybank or CIMB) within 3 days of confirmation, unless we have prior agreement.

2. If payment has not been received within 3 days and we did not have any prior arrangements, your order will be cancelled.

Shipping
1. We ship ALL orders within 24 to 48 hours of payment receipt, unless otherwise mentioned.

2. Local orders are sent via Pos Laju or Pos Express. Local orders take about 1 to 2 business days to reach you (depends on the POS service coverage area).

3. Fragile items will be packaged using the bubble wrap before shipping.

Refunds and Exchanges
1. We do not accept returns, unless the item has been grossly misrepresented.

2. We believe by the quality of our products and everything is double checked before it is shipped to you.

3. Please let us know when your items do not reach you in the quoted amount of time.
